Where is my money?

You’ve paid money on an exchange order but have yet to receive payment on your account. It could take place due to one of the following reasons:

  1. You’ve filled in an incorrect recipient account (for an example, you made a misprint while entering your account number or you have automatic substitution function of Internet Explorer enabled which has substituted, by an oversight, your destination account for another one which was used by you previously). In this case, you’re able to check your order parameters (including destination account number) in your “Member Area”. If you really have printed wrong destination account you should be ready to humble the fact that you’ve lost your funds. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend you to address to the person whom the funds was finally sent to and request him/her to recover money (maybe, it would be reasonable to suggest him/her some reward for such a delicate request). Frankly, you’ve no choice but to hope that the addressee is a decent person and he/she will pay back your money.   

  2. The payment system failure takes place temporally and the service’s robot doesn’t have capabilities to complete the order (i.e., we’ve received your funds but have yet to send the equivalent on your account). In this case you shouldn’t worry - your order will be necessarily completed (and funds will be sent) as soon as the payment system’s work capacity is restored.

  3. You have sent your funds manually. In this case your order (if it’s placed at all!) can’t be processed automatically since the service’s robot doesn’t have any information about this income and can’t, correspondingly, associate the income with your order. We strongly recommend that you don’t send money manually, but strictly follow the service’s instructions while placing your order! If you, however, have already sent to us money manually, please, contact the service’s support team by e-mail support@exchengine.com and point your order number (if you have one at all) and we’ll do our best to help you with the problem.

  4. You didn’t pay attention on the service’s funds available while placing your exchange order on the site. Besides, you’ve ignored the service’s robot notification in this respect immediately before payment of the order. In this case we guarantee that your order will be necessarily paid, but we doesn’t guarantee the time of this payment - it will be paid as soon as the service’s reserves on requested electronic currency are enough to complete the order (it may take certain time to complete such order, up to one day).

Ex-chengine.com (or variations) – is it your web-site?

No, that’s not our web-site. Our exchange service processes only two web-sites – http://exchengine.ru (for Russian speaking customers) and http://exchengine.com (for overseas customers). The other so-called “exchange services”, which, possibly, make references on our WMID (WebMoney ID) or clone certain parts of our web-site’s design, unambiguously appear to be fraudulent web-sites. We kindly request you to inform us on such a fraudulent site if you’ve come across with one.

Why should I register on your web-site?

You may access our services without registration – it’s not obligatory. Nevertheless, having registered in our service and got access to your “Member Area”, you’re able to take certain service’s advantages: firstly, you may track stages of your order execution (sometimes it’s not convenient to use e-mail notification for the purpose); secondly, having an exchange order completed once, you’ll not be bothered to fill out order’s fields (number of destination account, bank requisites for international bank wire transfers, etc.) each time you place the same exchange/buy/sell order since this information is saved in your “Member Area”; thirdly, if you’re member of the service’s Affiliate Program, you’re able to track information on your affiliate exchanges (statistics, partner rewards, etc.).

How can I get my PARTNER_ID?

I’ve registered in the service’s Affiliate Program, but haven’t able to find my Partner_ID in my “Member Area”, what’s wrong? 

Your unique partner id (PARTNER_ID) is to be generated and appeared in your “Member Area” just after registration has been completed. If it hasn’t happened, you, probably, let pass “Read and Accept Affiliate Agreement” item (it needs to be ticked off!) while registering in the Program. You should go to the “Affiliates” section of the site, then, follow “Read and Accept Affiliate Agreement” link and complete the registration, whereupon you get a unique PARTNER_ID in your “Member Area”.
